Only Permanent Party personnel have the ability to remove another cadet's probation and restore their pass access.
1. Open Unit Management
From the FalconNet home page, open Unit Management for the unit containing the cadet.
2. Find the cadet
In Unit Members, search for the cadet, verify the result, and open the profile.
3. Open Cadet Data
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the cadet's profile until you reach Cadet Data.
4. Restore both settings
Turn Probation Status off. The supporting text should change to User will accrue passes.
Turn Individual Pass Status on so the cadet can sign out using available passes.
Verify both controls are in their normal state: Individual Pass Status on and Probation Status off.
Both controls must be restored, but they do not both display as on. The final state is Individual Pass Status ON and Probation Status OFF. If Individual Pass Status remains off, the cadet still cannot sign out.
