Only Permanent Party personnel have the ability to restrict other cadets. Use this control only when you are authorized to change the cadet's pass access.
1. Open Unit Management
From the FalconNet home page, open Unit Management for the unit containing the cadet you need to restrict.
2. Find the cadet
In Unit Members, search for the cadet by name. Verify the correct result, then select the cadet to open their profile.
3. Open Cadet Data
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the cadet's profile until you reach Cadet Data.
4. Turn Individual Pass Status off
Turn Individual Pass Status off. When this setting is off, the cadet cannot sign out on a pass. When it is on, the cadet can sign out using an available pass.
Restricting pass sign-out does not require probation. Leave Probation Status unchanged unless the cadet is also being placed on probation.
